I am an Associate Certified Coach (ICF), a Master Certified Life Coach, and a retired Global 500 Senior Strategic Human Resources Leader and V-Suite Business Partner with over 37 years of experience across the pharmaceutical and investment banking industries. Deeply passionate about coaching, leadership, inclusion, and the advancement of women and people of color in corporate spaces, throughout my career, I have harnessed my expertise in executive leadership, succession planning, talent management and leadership development to lead and provide consultation on regional and cross-functional initiatives to improve the workplace experience, particularly for women of color and other underrepresented and underserved people.
